    •    Return Window: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return UNUSED jars within 30 days of delivery.
    •    Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
    •    How to Return: Email supportteam@canna‑keepers.com with your order number and reason for return — we’ll send you return instructions.
    •    Refunds: Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your jars arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos at supportteam@canna‑keepers.com.
We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
